LigaSync

Terms of service

Rules for using LigaSync as amateur-league software.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

1. The service

LigaSync is software for amateur leagues (schedule, scoreboard, standings, rosters, fees, and an optional public page). We are not the league, the federation, or the game official. You are responsible for how you run your competition and for sports rules and applicable law.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and protect your password. An account is personal. If you admin a league, you are responsible for invites you send and content you publish (names, photos, results). We may suspend accounts that put other users or the service at risk.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use LigaSync for harassment, fraud, spam, bulk scraping, payment evasion, or privacy invasions. Do not access other people’s leagues or alter scores without that league’s authorization. We may remove illegal content or content that breaks these terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of names, logos, photos, and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display them in the app and, if the league is public, on its microsite and in search results. Deleting your account removes your profile; league material (crests, games) may remain if other members need it for history.

5. Season fees

Each league sets its own dues. LigaSync may facilitate checkout with Stripe; the charge is the league’s, not a “LigaSync plan.” Refunds are the league’s call under its own policy. Payment-processor fees apply to card checkout.

6. Availability

The service is provided “as is,” with reasonable effort toward uptime. There may be maintenance, bugs, or vendor outages (cloud, email, payments). We do not guarantee a sporting outcome or that a cron or email lands at an exact minute.

7. Liability

To the extent Mexican law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, a lost tournament, officiating decisions, or disputes among league members. Any total liability for the service, if it exists, will not exceed what you paid LigaSync (if nothing, the cap is zero) in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit rights the law says you cannot waive.

8. Law and contact

These terms follow the laws of Mexico. For disputes, the competent courts in Mexico, without limiting consumer rights that apply to you. Contact: support@ligasync.app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If a change is material and you have an account, we will try to notice you in the app or by email. Using the service after that date means you accept the new version.
